A Trip to the Zoo
Back in 2006, we went on a trip up to beautiful Queensland. We spent an entire day exploring Australia Zoo, home of Steve Irwin. After capturing a gazillion different photos, these two have stuck as my favourites. The otter has become mother's "brag photo"- she absolutely loves it. I wouldn't agree that it's my best photo ever, but I am still rather fond of it. And the colours of the eclectus parrot are just gorgeous! Despite poor quality -both photos are quite grainy- I still have a soft spot for both of these photos.
Both photos have been slightly tweaked
in Photoshop.
